Fear

“Everything you’ve ever wanted is on the other side of fear” ~George Addair

This sounds like a profound quote that’s why you see and hear it frequently. I, however, don’t believe it entirely.

Too easy to get caught up in the ‘feels’ of this and disregard the practicality.

Fear can be a motivator and it can paralyze. It can be easy to over analyze and create analysis paralysis. Not listening to your gut because of fear can result in harm.

Try to get to the root of the fear. The ‘why’ behind the apprehension. Is this feeling helpful or is it holding you back.

Having a good chat with yourself is healthy. What are next steps when you’re feeling fearful? Everyone is different and a catch-all quote doesn’t work for everyone.
