The Old Man & The Gun

I’m still catching up on movie reviews. I saw this one a few weeks ago.

This is said to be Robert Redford’s last movie he will act in. Retired. It doesn’t seem possible that we’ve been watching him for more than 45 years already. Seems not so long ago we saw him as the Sundance Kid, starring in Barefoot in the Park and Three Days of the Condor.

I loved this movie even though Redford plays a criminal. But like the character himself he is much liked. Even Sissy Spacek’s character cannot resist him.

These two are wonderful on the screen together. There’s no denying the chemistry they create and they both shine in these roles.

Warm fuzzies abound.
