Guacamole

I make a simple guacamole. It’s only me here so I make it this way nearly every time.

2 large avocados

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 large Roma tomato, diced

2 Tablespoons sour cream

A squirt of lemon juice (will keep the guacamole from turning brown)

Directions:

Dice garlic

Peel avocados and cut

Dice tomatoes

Mash together thoroughly

Add cayenne pepper and lemon juice

Stir well and refrigerate a couple of hours before eating (if you’re able)

I like to eat with salted tortilla chips so I don’t salt the guacamole

  1. Yum, i’ve never eaten guacamole with cayenne pepper. I usually make it with Serrano peppers kids can still eat it then. Lol I’ll have to remember to use it though sometimes I forget to buy the peppers. Lol

  2. Sounds yum with sour cream.😋 I will never know, since Lar doesn’t like sour cream.🥴Love it for dip with onion soup mix, and always get extra on my baked potato if we go out to dinner. Didn’t have one this year, but always have the dip at the fam Christmas dinner.
