Fettuccine and Chicken

Honestly, I wasn’t thinking of posting this until sitting down to eat.

I was very hungry and had just bought chicken tenders at the market (basically cut up chicken breast cut into long pieces).

I started with cooking chicken tenders (about 3/4 pounds) in olive oil (about 1/4 cup) and two chopped cloves of garlic. I also had a Roma tomato that was turning so I cut that up too and added to the mixture.

Cooked until chicken is done, about 8-10 minutes.

Cook fettuccine noodles, about 10 ounces, al dente, according to package directions.

Drain noodles. Toss in chicken mixture. Add about 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes.

Top with grated parmesan cheese.
